Company continues to strengthen its balance sheet in conjunction with execution of North American expansion

BEND, Ore.June 25, 2018 /CNW/ — EVIO Inc. (OTCQB: EVIO) (“EVIO” or “the Company”), a leading provider of cannabis testing and scientific research for the regulated cannabis industry, announced today that floorless convertible notes issued pursuant to the company’s 2017 debt offerings, which was raised to facilitate key acquisitions and expansion, have been fully retired and the Company has no further obligations under the notes of those offerings.
