Disclosure (Section 17(b))

Disclosure — Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933

This page sets out, in full, the compensation framework under which Stock Day Media operates. The disclosures here apply to content appearing on this site that has been produced or distributed in exchange for compensation. A standardized disclosure block is also appended to every individual article.

Statutory Basis

Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 requires anyone who publishes, gives publicity to, or circulates information about a security in exchange for consideration from an issuer, underwriter, or dealer to disclose the receipt of that consideration and the amount thereof. Stock Day Media complies with Section 17(b) and discloses such consideration on this page and in each applicable article.

Standard Compensation Range

Stock Day Media may receive direct compensation from covered companies, their representatives, or third parties acting on their behalf in amounts ranging from approximately $500 to $10,000 per engagement, depending on the scope of coverage (article production, podcast interview, distribution to additional outlets, video production, etc.).

What Compensation Buys — and What It Does Not

Where compensation is received, it covers the production and distribution of content. It does not buy a specific conclusion, the omission of material risks, the suppression of negative information, or any representation that an investment is suitable for any reader. Editorial standards described in our Editorial Policy apply equally to paid and unpaid coverage.

Per-Article Disclosure

Every article on Stock Day Media that involves paid promotional arrangements carries a disclosure block at the bottom stating that compensation has been received and identifying the general nature of the arrangement. Articles that have not received any compensation either omit the block or carry a block stating that no compensation has been received.

Personal Holdings

Stock Day Media as an entity does not maintain ownership positions in covered securities as a matter of policy. Individual authors and editors may hold positions in covered securities subject to internal disclosure and trading restrictions. Where a writer holds a position in a security being covered, that position is disclosed in the article.

Affiliate, Referral, and Other Indirect Compensation

If an article includes affiliate links, referral arrangements, or any other form of indirect compensation, that arrangement is disclosed at the bottom of the article alongside the Section 17(b) disclosure.

Not Investment Advice

Stock Day Media is a media publisher, not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. No content on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Readers should perform their own due diligence and consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Penny stocks, micro-cap stocks, and OTC-traded securities are subject to elevated risk, including limited liquidity and price volatility.

Forward-Looking Statements

Articles on Stock Day Media may include forward-looking statements made by the management of covered companies. Such statements are subject to risks and uncertainties detailed in the issuer’s SEC filings, particularly the “Risk Factors” sections. Actual results may differ materially from those projected.

Standard Article Disclosure Block

The following disclosure block, or a substantively equivalent version, appears at the bottom of every applicable article:
